Abstract

The paper deals with the development of algorithm of selection and functions distribution
of multifunctional personnel. The work identifies the objective and sub-objectives of
selection and functions distribution of multifunctional personnel. A mathematical model
and algorithm of the objective were developed which provide the solution for the objective
and sub-objectives of optimal selection and functions distribution of multifunctional
personnel.
