Abstract

The paper deals with the solution of two-dimensional integral equation for the surface
axial current, arising at the surface of a conducting plate, when a plane EM wave scatters
on it. The calculating formulae for the normalizing coefficient of the equation and for
radiation characteristic of the plate are received.
